GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

 


The Gender Equality Index measures the effectiveness of a company's gender equality policies. The latter is calculated on 100 points from 4 to 5 indicators:



The five criteria



1 - The gender pay gap.


2 - The distribution gap for individual increases.


3 - The gap in the promotion rate between women and men.


4 - The percentage of employees who have received a raise after returning from maternity leave.


5 - The number of people of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners.




The score adopted: 95%
