HOW DO I DO IT? Mix a few drops with your face care product: 1 to 3 drops for a natural glow, 4 to 7 drops for a deeper tan. Apply evenly to the face and neck and reapply every day until the desired tan is achieved. Wash hands after use.

Self-tanning drops are designed to be mixed with your usual skincare products. They are compatible with all Adopt serums and moisturisers for the face, as well as body lotions and moisturisers. For an even, natural result, always mix them with a moisturiser in the palm of your hand, then apply the mixture to clean, dry skin. Adjust the number of drops according to the desired tan intensity.
How long does it take for a tan to develop and how long does it last on the skin?
The tan appears gradually after application and intensifies over time. It takes approximately 24 hours to achieve the optimal and final tanning effect. Without reapplication, the effect gradually fades over 5 to 8 days, in line with the skin's natural renewal cycle. The result may vary depending on skin tone.
How often is it recommended to use a self-tanning product?
After the first application, wait approximately 24 hours to achieve the final tanning effect. For a deeper tan, reapply every day, adjusting the number of drops mixed with your skincare product as needed until you achieve the desired effect.
Once you have achieved the desired intensity, you can maintain your tan by reapplying every two to three days.
What steps should you take to prepare your skin before applying self-tanner?
To prepare the skin, it is recommended to exfoliate the day before application on the areas concerned. This step removes dead cells and rough areas, where self-tanner tends to cling more. Smooth, perfectly prepared skin promotes a more even tan, without demarcations or orange tones, for a natural and uniform result.
Can you expose yourself to the sun after applying a self-tanning product?
Self-tanning drops are not photosensitising, so it is possible to expose yourself to the sun after application. It is essential to continue applying suitable sun protection whenever exposed to the sun, even on already tanned skin.
Does this product offer sun protection?
Self-tanning drops do not contain sunscreen and offer no protection against UV rays. When exposed to the sun, it is essential to apply suitable sunscreen and reapply it regularly.
Can self-tanning drops darken existing pigmentation spots?
Self-tanning drops do not intensify the appearance of pigmentation spots. Their action is limited to a reaction on the surface of the epidermis, providing a natural, even tan without altering existing pigmentation.

All our face products have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, the shelf life is indicated on the back of the product by a logo in the shape of an open jar (6M meaning 6 months). Most of our products can be kept for 6 months after opening.
In what order should I use my Adopt skincare products for an optimal routine ?
The following routine is recommended: 1. Cleaner 2. Serum 3. Eye contour care 4. Cream Complete this routine by removing make-up in the evening and using an exfoliating mask once or twice a week.
Can I combine the ranges ?
All our ranges can be combined. However, to correct a specific problem, it is preferable to use complete routines, as the products work together for better results.

Have the products been tested for skin tolerance ?
All our products have been tested for tolerance and efficacy under dermatological control by an approved independent laboratory.
Are the products suitable for my sensitive skin ?
The skin compatibility of our products has been evaluated on sensitive skin under dermatological control. However, as an allergic reaction is specific to individual sensitivity, it is always preferable to test products on a small area before use. Only the peeling mask is not recommended for sensitive skin.
