Our tips for use

1. Take a small amount of foundation and apply it using the 101 Flat Foundation Brush or our Foundation Sponge. 2. Start with the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin), then stretch the material towards the outside of the face and the neck for an even finish. 3. If you want more coverage, apply a second coat to the targeted areas.

How do I choose the right shade of foundation?

For a natural result, choose the colour closest to your skin tone, taking into account your complexion and undertone.
1. Determine your complexion 
Your complexion corresponds to your skin tone:
- Very fair to fair: 01C, 02N, 03W, 04C
- Medium to medium-dark: 05W, 06C, 07W, 08C
- Dark to very dark: 09N, 10C, 11N, 12C


2. Determine your undertone
Your undertone is the shade that shows through your skin: 
- Warm: golden undertones – The veins on the inside of your wrist appear green. 
- Cool: pink undertones – The veins on the inside of your wrist appear blue. 
- Neutral: a mixture of both – You cannot determine the colour of your veins. 


If you have a warm undertone, our shades with the letter W (warm) will be the most suitable for you.
If you have a cool undertone, our shades with the letter C (cold) will be the most suitable for you.
If you have a neutral undertone, our shades with the letter N (neutral) will be the most suitable for you.

Is this foundation suitable for my skin type?

To find out, start by identifying your skin type:
- Combination skin: your T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) tends to shine, while your cheeks are normal or dry.
- Oily skin: your entire face tends to shine quickly, sometimes with visible pores or small imperfections.
- Normal skin: no areas of marked dryness or excess sebum.
- Dry skin: skin feels tight and often has areas of dryness.

What brushes should I use to apply complexion products?

1. Liquid products: 
- For precise application of your liquid foundation, choose a flat brush such as the No. 101 Flat Foundation Brush. For quick and even application, choose a denser brush such as the No. 103 Perfection Foundation Brush. For a natural, blended result, you can use the Makeup Sponge after lightly dampening it. 
- To apply concealer, use a small round brush such as the No. 107 Dome Concealer Brush, which is ideal for precise application, especially on dark circles, redness or small imperfections.


2. Powder products: 
- For loose or compact powders, choose large, flexible brushes, such as the No. 105 Maxi Powder Brush, to distribute the product evenly and avoid any demarcation lines.  
- For blush, opt for an angled brush, such as Brush No. 110 Angled Blush Brush, which will perfectly follow the shape of your cheekbones. 
- For bronzer, choose a medium-sized, rounded powder brush, such as the No. 106 Medium Powder Brush. It allows you to sculpt the face by applying the product evenly to key areas: cheeks, temples and jawline.

However, for prolonged exposure or in direct sunlight, we recommend applying additional sun protection.
